Colorful Aspen Series Shelter Brings Together A Community

Empire Communities collaborated with Brasco’s sales and design teams to bring together a vision of a shelter that mirrors the neighborhoods creative architecture. Using our Aspen Series Shelter as a basis-of-design, Empire Communities decided on a multi-colored pallet to reflect the colorful houses that surround the bus stop. Each aluminum slat on the Aspen Shelter is powder coat painted a different color. Empire Communities chose to have one side wall constructed from clear tempered safety glass.
Empire Communities paired their new bus shelter with a matching Aspen Bench and Landscape Trash Receptacle.
Choosing a unique color pallet for a transit stop shelter brings communities and public spaces together. We are thrilled to see the outcome of this project and how well each color reflects the nearby homes.
